How do I apply for a merchant account?
Once you complete our 1-page application you will receive an email to approve and electronically sign your merchant application.
How long does it take for my account to be approved?
The entire process only takes 24-48 hours but in most cases we can have approvals in less than 24 hours.
What about American Express?
At FoundersPay we have the ability to setup your account with American Express and received competitive rates.
When will my funds be deposited from transactions?
Your funds will be deposited within 48 hours. You also have the ability for next day funding upon request.
Can I use my current terminal?
Yes. As long as your current terminal has the ability to accept Chip-and-Pin (EMV) cards, FoundersPay can reprogram your terminal to work with our platform.
What is EMV?
EMV (Europay, MasterCard and Visa) cards are embedded with a microprocessor or smart chip that interacts with your point of sale terminal to make sure that the payment card is valid.
